French authorities have decided to resume investigations into the alleged torture of a Congolese prisoner during a Swedish-French peace keeping mission in 2003. According to Swedish Television (SVT) the Supreme Commander of the French Armed Forces has made that decision after the visit of a Swedish delegation in France.
